Who is nomorerack?

Do I need to create an account?

While you can feel free to view nomorerack's™ great deals before you've joined up, having an account already set up makes the purchase process quick and easy – so you'll never miss out on a product you want. An account also gives you complete access to your order info, shipping details, credits and Daily Deal emails – plus special events and promotions we've created for our members!

What do I need to create an account?

Just enter in your name and email address and you'll start receiving our cool Daily Deals and get access to all of your account information.

How are the products selected for each sale?

We work closely with our suppliers to make sure we're finding items that match up to our incredibly strict style and quality requirements; our buyers look for the hottest items, the coolest brands and the most incredible merchandise which we then offer to you – and all at the lowest prices possible!

How can you offer such low prices?

We've made it our policy to find the very best deals available from a range of great suppliers and sources (for example, sometimes retailers have overstock items that they are unable to carry themselves). This lets us find gorgeous high-end items at vastly reduced prices - which equals amazing savings we can then pass on to you!

Why do some clothing labels have lines through them?

When retailers are selling off overstock items they don't want our customers to return these items for a refund back at the store. They put a line through the label to indicate it was purchased through us at incredible savings! With deals this good, we figured you wouldn't mind.

When do we update our deals?

Every day at 12 noon EST, new deals go live at nomorerack.com and last until the next morning at 11:59 EST. Evening events go live at 6 PM EST / 3 PM PST.

How long do the deals last?

New deals are revealed everyday at 12 noon EST and last for the next 24 hours. Don't forget that every one of these products is an EXTREME deal and sells out very quickly - so don't wait!

When will I be charged?

Your card will be billed at the time of placing the order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

nomorerack charges sales tax for all orders that are shipped to New York state. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to other states.

How long do products stay in my cart?

Products will stay in your cart until you've completed your purchase, have removed them on your own or if they sell out before your purchase is completed. nomorerack's cart system works off of a first-to-check-out basis - so you're free to add products to your cart for as long as they're available. Be quick though – having a product in your cart is not a guarantee you'll keep the item! You need to complete your check out and purchase to make sure you'll get it; so if you're holding on to something you really want, make sure you act fast!

How many of each product can I take?

In order to give all of our members a chance to take advantage of these incredible, authentic and short term offers we limit each purchase to 3 pieces per product.

How do I find out the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped to the address you provided, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on the way.

When will I receive my order?

At nomorerack, the only thing more important than delivering amazing, in-demand products at deeply discounted prices is outstanding customer service. We make it our priority to go above and beyond for our customers, and we know how important it is for you to receive your items as quickly as possible. We aim to under promise and over deliver, and ask that you allow 10-14 days for shipment. Although, often times, items ship much faster than this.

Refunds

Voucher Cancellation Policy

If your voucher has not yet been redeemed and if it qualifies for a return, nomorerack™ will be happy to provide store credit on the purchase price for any voucher deal within four days of purchase.

Please note that we are generally unable to provide refunds on our exclusive voucher deals, except in cases where the voucher can't be redeemed before the expiration date because:

- The voucher supplier has gone out of business
- The supplier has unreasonably refused to honor the voucher and/or
- The supplier has failed to provide the goods and services as advertised by us

nomorerack™ cannot provide refunds on voucher deals that are marked as "not eligible for return".

Exchanges

Because of the unique way that we find our amazing deals, we're afraid that nomorerack™ can't provide exchanges on purchased products.

Damaged Products/Defective Items/Wrong Items Sent

If any of your orders are damaged, broken/defective or are the wrong item(s) when you receive them, nomorerack™ will be pleased to process a credit on your account if you have followed the guidelines below:

- You must contact our customer care team at customercare@nomorerack.com to report the problem within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Customer care will provide a return label and a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Depending on the order, please keep in mind that we may ask you to send us a picture and/or ship the product back to us along with the original packing slip included in your package.
- Once we've registered your RMA and received your returned product, a full credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed.

Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to nomorerack's discretion, returns sent back without RMA's will not be processed.

Return Procedures

- You may return eligible products anytime within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All returned products must be unused (e.g. items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered). We also cannot accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
- All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.
- You must contact our customer care team at customercare@nomorerack.com to report the return. Or visit our Customer care page for more contact options: http://www.nomorerack.com/info/customer_service
- Customer care will provide a return label and a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- You will be required to pay the shipping costs for any products that are returned to us. Once received a credit or refund less the shipping cost will be issued.
- Any products that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no credit will be issued.
- Items marked as *Final sale* are not eligible for returns.
- Once we've registered your RMA and received your returned product, a full credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed.
- We aim to process all returns within one (1) week of receiving the item. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via Email.

Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to nomorerack's discretion, returns sent back without RMA's will not be processed.

Cancelling Orders

During each days deals, you have until 9 AM EST the following day to cancel purchase of any items that you have ordered. To cancel your orders, please contact our customer care at customercare@nomorerack.com, or visit our Customer service page for further modes to contact us: http://www.nomorerack.com/info/customer_service. For refunds after this point, please follow the "Return Procedures" that we've set out above for guidance, as your items will already be in process thanks to nomorerack's™ quick shipping policy.

Gift Cards

How do I invite my friends and how does the process work?

To share the amazing deals, please visit our share and earn page. Once you have selected your friends and shared about Nomorerack with them, they will get a coupon for $10 to be used during their first purchase. Once your friend has made a purchase, you will automatically receive a $10 coupon code for you to use.

How do I use my gift card?

When you make your next purchase on nomorerack, you can opt to use your gift card when you check out. You can find the balance of this credit in the 'My Account' section.

Can I use my gift card on any purchase?

Yes, you can! Gift cards are valid on all products (except voucher deals), all you need is for your total purchase (before shipping) to total a minimum of $30.

Does my gift card ever expire?

The gift card you receive as a new member upon registration (just for trying us out!), expires 48 hours after it has been issued. Any other gift cards are subject to the terms of the individual promotion offering them.

Are you going to send me or my friends spam?

We won't send spam to you or any of your friends' email addresses! You will only get notifications from us related to our daily deals, special events or the status of your account. If you wish to 'unsubscribe', feel free to do so automatically with the link contained at the bottom of each email.
